Biomarker Progress — Every Marker, 2024 → 2026

Longitudinal bloodwork for Donald Krtanjek, built directly from labs_master.csv and verified against it on Aug 14, 2026, plus a small set of one-time genetic markers from the 23andMe panel (Jul 2026). Every one of the 137 tracked markers is shown below with every available draw from the Feb 2024 baseline through the Jul 27, 2026 comprehensive panel — not a curated subset. Biomarkers only, no body weight or body composition figures.

hs-CRP — Systemic InflammationStandout Result
The clearest single before/after in this entire record. hs-CRP measures whole-body inflammation and is one of the strongest independent predictors of cardiovascular risk. The full 8-draw series (2.46 → 2.2 → 3.6 → 0.6 → 0.7 → 0.7 → 0.6 → 0.6) shows the Feb '24 baseline and a Jan '25 recheck both sitting in the "average" risk band, a real spike to 3.6 ("higher risk" band) in Apr '25, then five straight optimal (<1.0) readings since Aug '25. He now sits firmly in the optimal, low-risk tier.

📉Fasting Glucose — Regression ReversedThis Quarter
Mar 2026 flagged a mild uptick to 104 mg/dL despite excellent insulin and A1c — the one open question mark in an otherwise strong panel. Two Jul 2026 redraws resolved it in sequence: 92 mg/dL on the Jul 20 basic panel, then 87 mg/dL a week later on the full comprehensive panel — the second-lowest reading in the entire 2024–2026 record, behind only 85 mg/dL in Apr '25, and confirmation the earlier uptick was transient rather than a real reversal.

🚀Total Testosterone — New All-Time HighJul 27 Redraw
Testosterone has always been the most volatile marker in this record (peaked 620 in Dec '25, dropped to 464 by Mar '26). The Jul 27 comprehensive redraw came back at 644 — the best reading in the entire 2024–2026 history, beating the prior peak.

Every card below shows every available draw for that marker, not just start-and-end snapshots — where a marker was tested 3, 4, or 5, or 6 times across the period, all of those results are shown in sequence. The Jul 27, 2026 draw was a full 110-biomarker comprehensive panel (Function Health) and is now folded in throughout. Two of the collections were resulted by the lab across two consecutive days — Jan 29–30, 2025 and Dec 1–2, 2025 — so a marker's January pill carries the exact date it was resulted on, while the December pair is shown at month level.

Function Health's composite age estimate, computed from the full panel rather than measured directly. It swings hard draw-to-draw — 41.1 in Apr '25 to 48.7 four months later, on a chronological age that moved four months — so read the band it lives in (roughly 41–49, centred near his early 40s) as the result, not any single number.
