The clearest single before/after in this entire record. hs-CRP measures whole-body inflammation and is one of the strongest independent predictors of cardiovascular risk. The full 8-draw series (2.46 → 2.2 → 3.6 → 0.6 → 0.7 → 0.7 → 0.6 → 0.6) shows the Feb '24 baseline and a Jan '25 recheck both sitting in the "average" risk band, a real spike to 3.6 ("higher risk" band) in Apr '25, then five straight optimal (<1.0) readings since Aug '25. Mar 2026 flagged a mild uptick to 104 mg/dL despite excellent insulin and A1c — the one open question mark in an otherwise strong panel. Two Jul 2026 redraws resolved it in sequence: 92 mg/dL on the Jul 20 basic panel, then 87 mg/dL a week later on the full comprehensive panel — the second-lowest reading in the entire 2024–2026 record, behind only 85 mg/dL in Apr '25, and confirmation the earlier uptick was transient rather than a real reversal.

Testosterone has always been the most volatile marker in this record (peaked 620 in Dec '25, dropped to 464 by Mar '26). The Jul 27 comprehensive redraw came back at 644 — the best reading in the entire 2024–2026 history, beating the prior peak.
